Coisas de Família Mentorship Program - Booking Policy 1. Booking Confirmation Enrollment in the Coisas de Família Mentorship Program is confirmed upon receipt of the full program fee or the first installment as agreed during registration. Participants will receive an email confirmation with details of the program schedule and payment instructions upon successful booking. 2. Payment Terms The total fee for the 10-session program is $618. Payments can be made in full or in installments as agreed upon during the registration process. All payments must be completed before the start of the first session. Payment methods accepted include Credit card or PayPal. 3. Cancellations and Refunds Cancellations must be made in writing via email to coach@reinoid.com. If a cancellation is made more than 14 days before the start of the program, a full refund will be issued minus a 5% administration fee. Cancellations made within 14 days of the program start date will not be eligible for a refund. Once the program has commenced, no refunds will be provided for any missed or unattended sessions. 4. Rescheduling and Missed Sessions If a participant is unable to attend a scheduled session, they must notify the mentor at least 24 hours in advance. Participants can request a recorded session for the missed session without additional cost, provided sufficient notice is given. Missed sessions without prior notice will not be rescheduled and are non-refundable. 5. Program Changes Coisas de Família reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions if necessary. In such cases, participants will be notified as soon as possible. If the program is canceled by Coisas de Família, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future program. 6. Program Materials Program materials will be provided to participants and are included in the program fee. Participants are responsible for ensuring they have access to the necessary equipment and software to participate in virtual sessions (if applicable). 7. Privacy and Data Protection Participant information will be kept confidential. 8.
