Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Portuguese-speaking sales representative with at least intermediate English proficiency to join our team as a 1099 independent contractor. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a passion for personal development, and a results-driven mindset. The Sales Representative will be responsible for scheduling and conducting sales calls, coordinating and organizing seed events and sales events, and building strong relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders.

This is a commission-based position with earnings from multiple sources:
• Event Registrations: Commission on every attendee registered.
• Event Conversions: Commission on sales closed during the event.
• Post-Event Sales: Commission on sales made as a result of event follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Client Acquisition
• Identify and reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and social media.
• Educate prospects on our coaching, mentoring, and training services, addressing their needs and concerns.
• Conduct discovery calls and follow-up meetings to guide potential clients through the decision-making process.
• Close sales and assist clients with enrollment in coaching programs and courses.
• Maintain a structured sales pipeline and track all interactions using CRM tools (if applicable).
Event Coordination & Sales Support
• Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating seed events and sales events.
• Drive event registrations by promoting events through outreach and networking.
• Support the execution of events, ensuring an excellent experience for attendees.
• Engage with attendees during events to answer questions and guide them toward purchases.
• Follow up with event attendees to convert leads into clients.
Scheduling & Coordination
• Schedule appointments for sales presentations and consultations.
• Coordinate follow-up calls and meetings with prospects.
• Assist clients with booking coaching sessions and understanding program logistics.
Relationship Management & Stakeholder Engagement
• Build and maintain relationships with major stakeholders, including clients, partners, and referral sources.
• Represent the company professionally and in alignment with Christian values.
• Work closely with the coaching and administrative team to ensure a seamless transition for new clients.
• Gather and relay feedback from clients to improve services and customer experience.
Marketing & Outreach Support
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach efforts with promotional campaigns.
• Leverage social media and networking opportunities to generate new leads.
• Participate in online and community events to increase brand visibility.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Native Portuguese speaker with at least intermediate English proficiency.
• Sales experience (preferred but not required).
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Comfortable with technology (CRM systems, social media, email communication).
• Passion for personal development, faith-based coaching, and Christian values.
• Must be eligible to work as a 1099 independent contractor.
